IKEA is recalling its ÅSKSTORM 40W USB charger due to a potential thermal burn and electric shock hazard. The charger's cable can become damaged or break over time, exposing live electrical components that could cause injury.
What to Do if You Have the Charger
If you have the recalled charger, stop using it immediately. Contact IKEA for a full refund or a replacement charger. The recall applies to all ÅSKSTORM 40W USB chargers with the product number 22126630. You can check the product number on the bottom of the charger.

The recall affects ÅSKSTORM 40W USB chargers sold in the United States and Canada. IKEA has received eight reports of incidents involving the charger, including one report of a minor burn.
